1.1.Customer checks availability before booking a tour via email: info@novapraguetours.cz or by phone on +420724800702.

1.2 .By booking a tour with novapraguetours you confirm,that your physical condition allow you to participate during the whole amount of time mentioned in description of the tour on the website.

1.3.Novapraguetours has a liability insurance and all vehicules used are insured,however we highly recommend to arrange your own travel insurance during your stay in Czech republic.

1.4. Customers have to come for pick up/meet point on time.For any delays without previous notice,it will be considered as no -show.

1.5.Tours are run in all weather conditions,whether it rains or shines.
Customers are responsible for wearing proper clothes and shoes.
Bad weather is not a reason for cancelling the tour.

1.6. All participants of our tours are expected to behave in respectful way to the guide and the rest of the group and obbey Czech laws.Any violation or unappropriate behaviour can lead to exclusion from the tour without the right to refund.

1.7.Novapraguetours is not responsible for any delay caused by traffic.
If you have something scheduled after our tour,please let your guide know as soon as possible.

2.Payment and cancellation policy
2.1.Payments are accepted via e-shop,bank transfer latest 24 hours before the start of the activity.
2.2.Payments in cash are accepted at the time of the start of the activity.
2.3. Invoice will be sent to customer via email.
2.4.Cancellations made more then 24hours in advance will receive full refund.
2.5.Cancellations made less then 24 hours are not refundable.
2.6.No show – 100% cancelation fee.
2.7.If your tour is cancelled by us for any reason,you will receive a 100% refund.

3.Privacy policy/GDPR(General data protection regulation)
All personal data provided by customers are considered as a private.
Novapraguetours(Hana Nová) meets the high standart for data privacy introduced by Europian data protection law.(GDPR)

3.1 The customer agrees to processing and collection of his/her personal data in the providers database.The customer has the right of acces to his/her personal data.The right to have it corrected,including all legal rights to such data.Personal data may be removed from database upon the written request of the customer.Personal data is fully secured against misuse.The personal data is not passed on by the operator to third parties.

3.1.What personal data do i collect? Full name,email,telephone number.
These are used to contact and comunicate with you regarding your booking and the tour.These are never used to send any newsletters or any promotional materials.

3.2.How and why do i collect it?When making a reservation for the tour you need to fill the form,where i ask you to provide your name,email and telephone number.I need your contacts only for the purpouse of reservation and comunication about the tour.

3.3.Any third parties with acces to your personal data?
I am the only person who answers the emails and contacts the customers.However if one of my professional collegues will be your guide,He will receive your phone number to be able to contact you.
